Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

These Terms apply to the Poople daily word game and its Discord Activity (the “Service”), operated by the app developer (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The game

Poople is provided for casual entertainment. The daily puzzle, word list, availability, and features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We do not promise that a particular puzzle, score, or saved game will always be available.

Your use

Use the Service lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without permission, or use it to harm others. You are responsible for your use of Discord and for following Discord’s terms and rules while using the Activity.

Progress and availability

Game progress is saved in the local storage of the browser or Discord client you use. Clearing that storage, changing devices, or browser restrictions can erase progress. Scores are not verified or guaranteed, and this version does not provide cross-device syncing or a competitive leaderboard.

Ownership

The Service’s original code and presentation are provided by its developer. “Poople” and the underlying daily game remain associated with their respective owners. This fan-made Discord Activity is not affiliated with or endorsed by the operator of pooplegame.com or Discord.

No warranty; limits

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply. For questions about the Service or these Terms, contact the developer through the Poople app’s Discord listing or the Discord account that publishes it.
